Regional Sales Manager
Primary Job Function
The Regional Sales Manager will implement sales and marketing strategies within a defined region in order to promote our fall management programs into supervised-care settings. The manager will develop account relationships, expand market share, and provide account management support. The manager will develop new business relationships, and grow existing installed-base customers. The manager is responsible for ensuring the customer is receiving high service levels through such activities as selling products and services, quoting orders, following up on orders and problem solving.
The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, and work with marketing, engineering, and service in order to refine Tango’s offering with input from the field.
Essential Duties
Define new customers or critical markets in assigned territory
Plan effective strategy to grow sales in region
Establish and build relationships with senior care providers
Qualify and respond effectively to customer quotations
New account development - Solicit opportunities through out-calls and/or synergistic selling
Understand pending business and track wins and losses
Take an active role to close pending opportunities
Participate in the development of customer action plans
Forecast effectively and be knowledgeable of competition
Provide limited technical information to end users
Provide product demonstrations / lunch and learns / lead generating activities
Travel to assigned territory
Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintain car in good working order, current driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Level of Experience
A minimum of three to five years of sales experience with a record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
Successful experience in marketing/selling/closing sales of assisted living, housing community-based care, health care, etc.
Experience in a multi-site management role is preferred.
Education, Technical or Professional License(s)/Certification(s)
Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
Attends in-service training as required.
